1. Booking Agreement

By completing a booking with Adventure Seekerz Tours, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Adventure Seekerz Tours.

2. Tour Participation

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to participate in the selected tour. Guests should arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

Current pricing includes:

• Adult Tickets: £15

• Child Tickets (2–17 years): £12

• Infants (0–1 years): Free

• Group Discount: 15% discount for eligible groups of up to 10 participants

Adventure Seekerz Tours reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment

Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

Payments may be made through the selected online payment provider or directly to the business account where available. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and verified.

5. Booking Confirmation

Upon successful payment, customers will receive a booking confirmation containing:

• Tour name

• Tour date

• Departure time

• Meeting point details

• Selected language

• Cancellation policy information

Customers are responsible for reviewing the confirmation and notifying us of any errors immediately.

6. General Cancellation Policy

Customers may receive a full refund or booking credit when cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure time.

Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before departure may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Operator Cancellation

If Adventure Seekerz Tours cancels a tour due to severe weather, operational issues, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• A booking credit for a future tour

9. No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to attend their booked tour without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows will be charged the full booking amount and are not eligible for refunds or credits.

10. Online Rebooking

Customers may request to rebook their tour, subject to availability.

Any difference in pricing between the original booking and the new booking date may be payable by the customer.

11. Tour Availability

Tours operate according to the published schedule and availability calendar.

Adventure Seekerz Tours reserves the right to amend schedules, routes, departure times, and tour content when necessary due to operational requirements, public events, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, or safety considerations.

12. Transport Requirements

Certain tours may require participants to use public transportation during the experience.

Unless otherwise stated, transportation costs are not included in the tour price and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Guests should ensure they have a valid transport ticket, Oyster card, contactless payment method, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or another accepted payment option where required.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Arrive on time for their tour.

• Follow guide instructions.

• Respect other participants.

• Behave appropriately throughout the tour.

• Wear suitable clothing for weather conditions.

Adventure Seekerz Tours reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any guest whose behavior may negatively affect the safety or enjoyment of others.

14. Health & Safety

Participation in walking tours involves normal physical activity and outdoor conditions.

Customers participate at their own risk and should inform themselves of any personal health considerations before booking.

Adventure Seekerz Tours accepts no liability for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, branding, and tour descriptions, is the property of Adventure Seekerz Tours unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of website content is prohibited.

16. Limitation of Liability

Adventure Seekerz Tours shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury caused by participant negligence

• Loss or damage of personal belongings

• Delays caused by public transport disruptions

• Events beyond our reasonable control

• Third-party services not directly operated by Adventure Seekerz Tours

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in that policy.

18. Amendments
