How do I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking by contacting us directly via WhatsApp or email.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour are eligible for a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour time are not refundable.
- No-shows are charged the full price.

Can I rebook my tour?
Yes, online rebooking is available.
- You can change your tour date or time depending on availability.
- If the new booking has a different price, the difference will be adjusted during rebooking.
We recommend contacting us as early as possible for easy rescheduling.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay securely during booking or via the available payment method provided at checkout.
- Payment confirmation is required to secure your spot.
- After payment, you will receive a booking confirmation email with full tour details.
Do I need to buy a transport ticket?
Yes, for the Harry Potter Walking Tour, guests must have a valid Zone 1 transport ticket or payment method for public transport during the tour.
Accepted options include:
- Oyster Card
- Contactless Debit/Credit Card
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Printed Travelcard
Β Transport cost is not included in the tour price.
For the Jack the Ripper Tour, no transport ticket is required.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Tours run in most weather conditions, including light rain.
Please wear weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes.
In extreme weather conditions, the operator may cancel the tour and offer a full refund or rescheduling option.
How will I receive confirmation?
After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email including:
- Tour name
- Date and time
- Meeting point
- Language
- Cancellation policy
